SUBJECT:- Schedule for Registration for D.E.ED (Diploma in Elementary Education) course pertaining to
Kashmir Division including District Kargil, for the Academic Session 2020-21.
It is hereby notified for information and follow-up of all the concerned that the notification-schedule,
for submission of the Renewal Registration Returns by the eligible candidates pertaining to Kashmir
Division including District Kargil concerning D.E.ED (Diploma in Elementary Education) for the Academic
Session 2020-21, through the respective Heads of the District Institution(s) of Education and Training
(DIETs), shall be as under:

Eligibility:
• Candidates (both in-serviceandexternalquota) havingpassed HigherSecondary
Part-II (Class 12th).
Instructions for the Heads of the District Institution(s) of Education and Training (DIETs):
The Heads of the Institutions shall:
• Fill in the Registered Particulars of the candidates on the Renewal Registration Return Enrollment
sheets.
• Affix latest digital coloured photograph of each candidate against his/her particulars on the Statement
of Enrollment duly signed and stamped.
• Cover the photographs with quality transparent adhesive tape on the Statement of Enrollment to
avoid chances of misuse and impersonation.
• Deposit the prescribed fee, of their eligible candidates, in the shape of“Bank-Slip”to be obtained from
the concerned Divisional Office, Srinagar/ District Kargil and deposited in the designated Branches of the
J&K Bank Ltd., BOSE Campus Bemina/ Kargil.
• Submit the Statements of Renewal Registration Return Enrollment, complete in all respects & duly
filled in on the prescribed formats along with forwarding letters, in the concerned District Office
Srinagar (Registration Section) and Kargil through their Authorized representative/ Admission In-Charge
only. The letters must indicate the number of candidates (enrolled & appearing) and description of fee
deposited in the Bank. Enrollment Forms with cuttings/overwriting shall not be accepted.
Note:- In case the last date/s for submission of returns/ fee is declared as holiday, the next working day
shall be treated as the last date.
Further, this notification shall continue to be governed by the Notification bearing endorsement No.
F(Acad-C)D.E.ED)B/08, dated.31-05-2008, issued by the Director Academics, BOSE.
