Kharagpur Department of Chemical Engineering Junior/Senior Research
Fellowship 2020 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellows are required
to work on the project titled, “Zonal Refi nement Strategy to Expedite DEM
Simulation of Fine Powder Flow(ZED)”.
Eligibility:
The fellowship is open for candidates who hold a BTech with valid GATE/NET
score or hold an MTech degree. However, for SRF, the students must have two
years of research experience in addition to the above criteria.
Prizes & Rewards: INR 35,000 per month

Disabilities 2020-21
Description:
The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government
of India is o ering NSP Scholarships for Top Class Education for Students
with Disabilities 2020-21 to promote quality education among students
who are pursuing studies at graduate/post-graduate/diploma level. The key
objective of the scholarship is to recognise and promote quality education
amongst students with disabilities by providing them with full fi nancial
support.
Eligibility:
The scholarship is open for candidates who are pursuing studies at graduate/
postgraduate/diploma level in notifi ed institutions of excellence in education.
They must have more than 40% disability and a valid certifi cate for the same.
Also, they must have an annual family income of less than INR 6,00,000.

Scholarship: NSP Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities 2020-21
Description:
Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of India, is
inviting applications for NSP Post Matric Scholarship for Students with Disabilities
2020-21 from students of Class 11 to postgraduate level. The scholarship aims to help
students with disabilities to pursue further education so that they could earn their
livelihood and fi nd a dignifi ed place for themselves in society.
Eligibility:
The scholarship is open for candidates who have passed matriculation or higher
secondary or any higher exam of a recognised Board of Secondary Education or
University. They must have more than 40% disability certifi ed by the competent
authority. They must have an annual family income of less than INR 2.50 lakh.
Also, they must be pursuing post-secondary (class 11 to postgraduate level)
courses in recognised institutions.
