Schools to reopen only for consultation of volunteer students
Happiness Back on Kashmiri Students As Schools Reopen After Six Months.

Sep 21: Schools are scheduled to reopen in J&K not for regular class work but for consultation of volunteer students of higher secondary level.
Only those students who will get consent from their parents will be attending the consultation in schools.
Schools will witness 50% teachers on roster as per ministry of home affairs lockdown 4 guidelines and ministry of health and family welfare protocols conveyed by chief secretary to all officers at district level.
