Biker Suffers Critical Injuries After Getting Hit by Vehicle Along NH in Handwara

Kupwara, Aug 30 (GNS): A biker sustained critical injuries after getting hit by a vehicle at Watayan Chogul area of Handwara along Srinagar-Kupwara National Highway on Sunday afternoon.

Reports reaching GNS said that a youth identified as Sameer Ahmad Wani son of Ghulam Hassan a resident Kulgam riding a bike bearing Reg. Number JK-18 4710 was hit by Safari vehicle JK-01J 8184 this afternoon.

In the incident, Wani sustained critical injuries and was shifted to District Hospital Handwara for immediate treatment.

However, his situation is said to be critical, when this report was filed in. (GNS)
